Using the lunar cycle allows the group to align with an external part of Nature; helping to regulate and encourage self-observation and stimulating the group dynamic. The essence of ESI methodology is the search for internal alignment between what one feels and thinks, and external alignment between what one says and does. Acknowledging the harmful effects that egocentric and superficial lifestyles have on Mother Nature, we become inspired to turn towards introspection and live in an ecological and community-based way. At the heart of this quest is the inner alignment that allows us to reach our own transcendental truth, with the intention of transforming ourselves in order to transform the world.<\/p>\n
